Information We Typically Collect

EPM does not hold information about clients’ patients. We only access such information in the client network environment when required to perform services for clients.

Business contacts: name, address, phone, email, professional details and bank information for invoicing.

Contract applicants: employment history, qualifications, referee opinions, tax and banking details, passport or license details, superannuation and next of kin.


Our Website & Cookies

When you visit our website, we may collect certain information automatically to help us operate and improve it. This includes IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit; Date, time and duration of your visit; The domain from which you accessed our site; Referral source (how you arrived at our site)

Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to recognise returning visitors and improve your experience. Cookies do not identify you personally.

Booking tools

We use Calendly for meeting scheduling. When you book a meeting, your name and contact details are collected directly through that platform under its own privacy terms.


How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to communicate with you, deliver our services, process orders, conduct recruitment, respond to enquiries, and meet our legal obligations. We may share information with trusted third-party service providers (such as for hosting, data processing and delivery), always under appropriate privacy protections.


Overseas Transfers

EPM works with contractors in the Philippines, who are trained in and required to comply with the Australian Privacy Principles. We will not transfer your information to any other country without appropriate contractual safeguards and prior notification to you.


Security & Retention

We protect your information through encryption, access controls, staff training and regular audits. In the event of an Eligible Data Breach, we will notify you and the OAIC as required by law.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or to meet our legal obligations. Information no longer required is securely deleted or de-identified.


Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, opt out of direct marketing, and lodge a privacy complaint. Requests will be responded to within 30 days.
